Could the colors in real life differ slightly from those in the photos?
Yes, colors may vary slightly in real life depending on lighting, screen settings, and the fabric itself. We usually include swatches of all available colors with your order to make it easier to choose a color next time.
What should I do if I’m unsure between two sizes?
For merino wool items, both sizes are often suitable. The smaller size will be more form-fitting, while the larger size will be slightly looser. Choose based on how you like to wear the garment, but we generally recommend choosing the size you usually wear. For linen items, it’s better to choose a larger size.
How will I know that my order has been accepted?
Once you’ve placed your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email. This means we’ve received your order.
How long does it take for you to ship an order?
We usually ship orders within 2–3 business days. During peak season, especially in November and December, this may take longer. If we don’t have the ordered item in stock at that time, we’ll manufacture it, which usually adds another 3–5 business days.
If your order is urgent, we recommend that you contact us to find out which colors and sizes we already have in stock.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return an item within 14 calendar days of the date you received it. Please notify us of the return via email. Please note that returns do not apply to custom-made items produced specifically for you.
