Merino Wool Balaclava Face Mask
28,00€
Balaclava face mask in soft merino wool for cold, windy days. Covers the head, neck and face, fits comfortably under a helmet and suits skiing, riding, hiking and outdoor work.
The balaclava face mask is made from soft merino wool for cold, windy days when the face and neck need coverage. This balaclava ski mask suits skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, motorcycling, karting and outdoor work, and it also fits women.
Balaclava ski mask for wind, snow and helmets
The design covers the head, neck and most of the face, leaving only the eye area open. For more airflow or easier conversation, the front panel can be pulled down to uncover the nose and mouth. This makes the balaclava face mask practical outdoors and during indoor breaks.
Merino wool helps regulate warmth as activity levels change. It absorbs moisture and supports evaporation, so the fabric feels comfortable during movement. It also resists odour build-up naturally, which is useful on longer trips. The single-layer construction stays light under a ski, motorcycle, cycling or work helmet without creating unnecessary bulk.
Merino balaclava for men and women
The stretch of the fabric allows one size to adapt to most head shapes. Although designed with men in mind, this merino wool face mask is suitable for women. The open eye area works with glasses and ski goggles, while the smooth fabric helps reduce friction against helmet padding.
Choose the single-layer version for use under a helmet. A double-layer model is better when worn on its own in stronger cold. Both options protect the head and neck, while the adjustable face section gives you control over coverage.
The main features make this model practical for changing weather and active use:
✓ soft merino wool suitable next to the skin;
✓ full face coverage with an open eye area;
✓ front panel can be lowered below the nose and mouth;
✓ suitable for skiing, riding, hiking and outdoor work.
Use and care
Wear the balaclava face mask under a helmet or as the main outer layer. Wash gently according to the care label and dry flat to help preserve its fit, softness and elasticity.

No. We do not recommend tumble drying merino wool. For best results, allow the garment to dry naturally.
Some pilling may occur, especially when the fabric rubs against synthetic materials or rough surfaces. Any pills can be gently removed with a wool comb or fabric shaver suitable for wool.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 means the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is suitable for wearing close to the skin.
Mulesing-free means the wool comes from sheep that have not undergone the mulesing procedure, making it a more animal-friendly choice.
