By clicking the “Buy” button, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of sale for the online store test.green-rose.eu, that you agree to them, and that you undertake to comply with them.

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the procedures for the purchase, payment, delivery, and return of goods, liability, and other information related to the purchase of goods from the online store test.green-rose.eu. These Terms apply to Buyers who are individuals purchasing goods from the online store test.green-rose.eu

1. Protection of Personal Data

1.1. In order to place an order for goods in the online store and/or use other services provided by the Store, the Buyer must provide all information necessary to fulfill the order, ensuring that it is correct, accurate, and complete.

1.2. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form and/or during the ordering process and assumes full responsibility for any consequences that have arisen or may arise due to the inaccuracy of the information provided.

1.3. The Seller agrees not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when necessary for the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order or when required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.4. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to receive informational messages at the email address and phone number provided, relating solely to the order placed with GREEN ROSE.

2. Conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement

2.1. A purchase and sale agreement is concluded separately for each order. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the online store, specifies a delivery address, selects a payment method, reviews these Terms and Conditions, and clicks the “Buy” button.

2.2. The purchase and sale agreement shall remain in effect until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations under this agreement.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the sales contract for goods concluded with the online store test.green-rose.eu without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, by notifying the Seller in writing.

3.2. Due to hygiene requirements, high-quality baby clothes (up to size 86/92) cannot be returned.

3.3. The Buyer may not cancel a contract for non-standard goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured according to the Buyer’s specific instructions or are clearly tailored to the Buyer’s personal needs. This also includes products manufactured specifically for the Buyer with individual modifications, such as adjustments to the length of a garment, sleeve length, style alterations, etc.

3.4. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay for the goods and their delivery.

4. The Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller has the right to suspend the operation of the online store temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

4.2. The Seller may cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer, having chosen to pay via online banking or bank transfer, fails to pay for the goods within 7 (seven) business days.

4.3. If, due to significant circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, the Seller agrees to offer the Buyer an equivalent product or one that is as similar as possible. If the Buyer does not agree to this offer, the Seller will refund the Buyer’s payment within 5 business days.

5. Price of Goods and Payment Terms

5.1. In the online store and in the order form, product prices are listed in euros, including VAT.

5.2. A description of each specific product is provided next to it. If the information provided to the Buyer is insufficient, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller for additional information. By ordering a product, the Buyer confirms that the information about the product provided in the Store is complete and clear to them.

5.3. The Seller reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to the Buyer, to change the selection of products available in the Store, their descriptions, prices, delivery terms, and other information provided in the Store.

5.4. The shipping fee is not included in the price of the item, unless otherwise specified.

5.5. The customer can pay for the goods using one of the following methods:

5.5.2. E-banking. This system allows you to pay for your order immediately after placing it. We see the payment right away, so if receiving your order quickly is important to you, we recommend choosing this payment method.

5.5.3. Payment by credit card.

5.5.4. PayPal.

5.6. If you select the payment method specified in Section 5.5.1 and fail to pay for the goods within 7 (seven) business days, UAB GREEN ROSE has the right, without prior notice, to cancel the order for the goods.

6. Delivery of Goods

6.1. When placing an order, the buyer agrees to specify the exact delivery address for the goods.

6.2. Goods are delivered by the Seller or a transportation company authorized by the Seller.

6.3. Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer must, together with a representative of the Seller or the Seller’s authorized carrier, inspect the external condition of the shipment, as well as the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods. If the shipment’s packaging is damaged, the Buyer or another person accepting the shipment must note this on the shipment transfer documents or immediately notify the Seller. If the Buyer or another person receiving the goods signs the shipment delivery documents without any comments, it is deemed that the external packaging of the shipment was undamaged at the time of delivery, except in cases where damage or discrepancies become apparent later and could not have been detected at the time of acceptance.

6.4. If the Buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods or if delivery of the goods becomes impossible because the Buyer provided an incorrect delivery address, phone number, or other details when ordering the goods, the Buyer must compensate the Seller for all losses incurred by the Seller due to the Buyer’s improper performance or failure to perform their obligations.

7. Returning Items

7.1. Returns are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must notify us of the return by email at info@test.green-rose.eu and return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the goods were delivered to the Buyer. In such cases, the Buyer will be refunded the full purchase price paid for the returned goods; however, shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed. The Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods to the Seller. For goods returned in accordance with the conditions set forth in this section, the Buyer will be refunded no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods at the address specified by the Seller.

7.2. When exercising the right to cancel the contract or return the item, the Buyer is responsible for shipping the returned or exchanged item to the Seller. Upon return, the item is considered delivered to the Seller from the moment it actually reaches the return address specified by the Seller. When returning or exchanging a product, the Buyer is advised to choose a shipping method that allows the package to be identified and tracked (a shipment with a tracking number). Until then, all risk associated with the loss, damage, or failure to reach the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the Seller organizes the return itself or offers the Buyer a specific return method or carrier.

7.3. Returned items must be in their original product and shipping packaging; they must not have been used or have lost their marketable appearance. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is complete and properly packaged. If the item is not fully assembled, has been used and/or damaged, has lost its marketable appearance, is in disarray, and/or is improperly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned item and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for it.

7.4. The buyer may not return goods for which the laws of the Republic of Lithuania do not provide for the possibility of return.

8. Changing the Size of an Item

8.1. If the Buyer wishes to exchange the purchased goods for other items or to change the size or color of the goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The Buyer must send the item(s) to be exchanged via courier or registered mail to the Seller at Laisvės pr. 117A, Vilnius. The Seller will ship the new, requested items at its own expense only after receiving the items to be exchanged and verifying that they meet the return conditions set forth in Section 7.2.

9. Exchange of Information

9.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the email address provided by the Buyer on the registration form or at the time of the order.

9.2. The Buyer shall send all notifications, requests, and questions using the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section of the Seller’s online store.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. The Terms and Conditions of the online store test.green-rose.eu have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. All disputes arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiation.

10.3. A Buyer who believes that their rights have been violated must first contact the Seller in writing. The Seller will review the Buyer’s request or complaint and provide a reasoned written response no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

10.4. If the Seller’s response does not satisfy the Buyer or if no response is provided within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, the Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority to resolve the dispute out of court.
