Returning an item

Within 14 calendar days of purchasing an item at a GREEN ROSE store or receiving your parcel by courier or at a parcel locker, you may exchange the purchased GREEN ROSE garment for another GREEN ROSE item of a different size, fit, colour, style or set configuration, or return it and receive a refund of the price paid.

Items made according to individual customer requirements, as well as garments that have been shortened or lengthened, for example by +5 cm, −10 cm or +10 cm, cannot be returned.

Returned garments must be unused, unworn and undamaged. Their original qualities and saleable condition must be preserved. We cannot accept garments that have pulled threads, stains, signs of wear, or animal hair on them.

If the size, colour or style is not suitable and you would like to exchange the item, please contact us by email at info@test.green-rose.eu or by phone at +370 656 44183. Exchanges can also be made at the GREEN ROSE store at Laisvės pr. 117A, Vilnius, Lithuania.

When returning an item by post or courier, please include a note containing:

your order number;
your contact details;
the bank account number to which the refund should be made.

When requesting an exchange, please also indicate the preferred size, colour or item.

For an exchange, send the item you wish to replace. You will not be charged for sending the replacement item to you.

For a return, the full price paid for the returned items will be refunded. Original delivery charges are not refundable or reimbursed. The cost of returning the items is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 15 business days of receiving the returned items and the bank account details required to process the refund.
